Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Plumber in Gateshead to carry out repairs, installations and fault-finding on plumbing systems across the facility. The role includes PPm tasks, safety checks and supporting on-site teams.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, solid maintenance experience and a practical knowledge of plumbing systems. Excellent time management and a customer-focused approach are valued.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing is required.
• Experience in a maintenance plumbing role is essential.

Responsibilities
