CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordination of work orders to ensure efficient operations.

You will inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations, support energy management, and mentor others within the team while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials to complete repairs.
