Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship in building services with City & Guilds/BTEC/National Diploma.
• Broad knowledge of building services, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ambitious, well-organised and proactive, able to work in a small team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service a wide range of building systems, equipment and infrastructure.
• Work unsupervised and document tasks on electronic maintenance reporting system.
• Be available for site visits outside normal hours as part of an emergency call-out rota.
