Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join a distribution center team in Greenford. This static-based role requires no travel and offers a 40-hour week.

You will perform electrical maintenance, PPM and reactive tasks on electrical and fabric systems, conduct regular inspections, and assist with fault finding and improvements. An electrical qualification (18th edition or NVQ) and FM/BMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (18 th edition or NVQ).
• Previous experience within a FM or BMS role.
• Strong fault finding and PPM ability.

Responsibilities

• Covering a distribution center contract.
• Carrying out PPM and reactive work on electrical and fabric kit.
• Conduct regular visual inspections of plant, equipment, and building fabric to identify faults and suggest solutions.
