ATA Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer for a global pharmaceutical client at the Romford site. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site services, utilities and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Role involves night shifts (Sun-Thurs), with a £57,000 annual salary, plus private healthcare, holiday and pensions; excellent progression prospects in a modern, well-invested facility.

ATA are proud to be working with a global client within the pharmaceutical industry and they are a committed player within the healthcare sector with have main clients that include the NHS as well as the private healthcare sector. They have a UK manufacturing facility in Romford where the majority of products are made but also have facilities across Western Europe. With this role comes high job security and stability as 15 years ago they were producing 500,000 units a week, that number is now soaring at 1.5 million units per week supplying to nearly 100 countries around the globe. With the soar in production there has been mass investment in the site over the past 3 to 4 years nearly totalling at £20 million to modernise the site. Before my client took over the site in the late 10s the company before was established in the 1700s.
We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Engineer to support the safe, efficient and reliable operation of site services, building systems and facilities infrastructure. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support improvement projects and ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
