Job description

Our client is a Precision Engineering company based in Burnley. Due to retirement, they are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building and communicating with outside companies that provide warranty and service for machine tools.

As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you'll work within the facilities team, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Your daily tasks will include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across the factory
• Mechanical, electrical, and joinery work
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors as needed
• General repairs and maintenance

What are we looking for?

This role of Multi-Skilled Engineer is ideal if you:

• Have experience working on maintenance contracts conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Possess your 18th edition wiring regulations
• Have an extensive trades background, including maintenance, installations, and repairs
• Have an electrical bias

This is a dayshift role.
