Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to keep our nationwide Trade Counter network running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance, support store openings, and work with suppliers and store teams to ensure timely delivery.

In this role you will juggle priorities, build relationships, and use your organisation and communication skills to deliver excellent service to colleagues and customers. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing internal relationships across levels.
• Experience in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Facilities Management knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance requests meet deadlines and standards.
• Communicate information to stores and suppliers.
• Support new store openings with store setup orders.
• Chase progress updates and provide timelines.
• Provide admin support to Facilities Manager.
• Raise purchase orders for works.
• Manage the Facilities mailbox and supplier queries.
• Review maintenance reports and contractor attendance.
• Attend supplier and facilities meetings.
• Own elements of the facilities process and support others.
