Position Summary You will lead the onsite IFM (integrated facilities management team) at Barnard Castle, working closely with engineering, operations and suppliers. You will manage the overall delivery, driving facility and cleaning standards across the site. We value clear communication, practical engineering judgement and a coaching mindset. Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management or related discipline.
  • Strong experience in facilities, management in a complex environment.
  • Strong contractor and supplier management experience with contract oversight.
  • Clear communicator with stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or other highly regulated manufacturing settings.
  • Experience with site master planning and long-term facilities strategy.
  • Knowledge of environmental and energy reduction measures for utilities.
  • Experience coaching and developing engineers in a matrix environment.
