CBW Staffing Solutions in Maidstone, Kent, seeks an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to lead a busy team and coordinate engineers and trades for reactive and planned maintenance. The role is office-based with a clear path to improve processes and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities or maintenance helpdesks, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Monday–Friday, permanent position with a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy facilities or maintenance helpdesk.
• Strong ability to schedule engineers and tradespeople.
• Proven track record delivering maintenance on time and to service levels.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a busy facilities helpdesk team.
• Schedule and coordinate engineers, plumbers, electricians, and other trades.
• Prioritise and allocate reactive and planned maintenance.
• Manage PPM programmes and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress against SLAs and KPIs.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders and manage costs.
