Job summary

Partou is seeking a proactive Facilities Helpdesk Assistant to join the Facilities team at our National Support Centre in Denton. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance enquiries across our nursery network, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proactive and customer-focused approach to facilities support.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for first-line helpdesk duties.
• Ability to prioritise, log and escalate maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming maintenance requests via phone, email and helpdesk systems.
• Logging, prioritising and escalating reactive maintenance issues.
• Liaising daily with nurseries, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring ticket progress and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Raising and managing purchase orders and goods receipting.
• Reviewing contractor quotations before approval.
• Supporting compliance documentation and records management.
• Providing feedback on contractor performance to support continuous improvement
