EQUANS, based at the University of Brighton in Brighton, seeks a part-time Facilities Helpdesk Administrator. The role is 15 hours per week, 09:30–12:30, Monday to Friday, at Mithras House. You will support the Helpdesk, handle calls, log requests, and assist the facilities team with admin duties.
Ideal candidates have customer service or call center experience, strong IT skills, and CAFM familiarity. The salary is £11,059 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.
