Job description

Facilities Handyman / Decorator – Brighton – Immediate start to the end of October £13.50 per hour PAYE.

Based at a static corporate site in Brighton you will conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues. Painting and decorating, repair and maintenance of general building fabric including office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Assist with the setup and breakdown of office and spaces for events and meetings. Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
