Facilities Handyman / Decorator – Brighton – Immediate start to the end of October, £13.50 per hour PAYE.

Based at a static corporate site in Brighton, you will conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues. Responsibilities include painting and decorating, repair and maintenance of general building fabric, including office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. You will assist with the setup and breakdown of office spaces for events and meetings. Managing and maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment is also required. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
