Job summary

MASS is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor Engineer in Corsham. You will maintain the professional standards of the MASS FM delivery team and oversee health and safety of FM work, acting as the main technical contact for the Site Facility Manager.

With at least 5 years of FM maintenance experience and supervisory responsibility, you will lead the FM team, review maintenance programmes and RAMS, manage subcontractors, and ensure SLA targets are met while maintaining best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FM maintenance experience with supervisory/line management responsibilities.
• Authorised Person for High Voltage/Low Voltage systems.
• Legionella responsible person.
• City & Guilds 2365 parts 2 and 3 or equivalent.
• UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the professional standards of the MASS FM delivery team and ensure health and safety of FM work conducted.
• Act as the main technical contact for the Site Facility Manager.
• Lead the FM team and oversee technical work and RAMS for planned/reactive maintenance.
• Review Maintenance Programmes and Equipment Register with the Authority Site Manager annually.
• Verify contract performance metrics and SLA achievement; coordinate sub-contractor contracts.
