Job summary

Anabas is a national Facilities Management company supporting corporate occupiers and delivering an exceptional workplace experience. We are seeking an experienced Floor Captain for a facilities or mailroom environment in London. You will be the face of Anabas, driving service excellence and proactively meeting client needs.

Shift patterns are 07:00-16:00 / 09:00-18:00, Mon–Fri, 40h week. You will lead front-of-house coordination, floor walks, audits, stock and mail management, safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to required standards.
• Conduct floor walks and assist clients proactively.
• Maintain cleanliness, space operability, and safety.
• Handle mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Coordinate site access, security, and health & safety.
