Anabas (UK 2) Ltd in London is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join the team at Northcliffe. Working Monday to Friday, 12.00pm–8.00pm, you will help keep the workspace clean, safe and presentable for clients and colleagues.

You will supervise day and evening cleaning operatives, follow established processes, and ensure high standards. The role offers training, development and a supportive team environment.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivatedCleaning Operativeto join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London . Working as part of our professionalcleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

Main Duties

• To supervise the day and evening cleaning operatives.
• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your Manager
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues where needed to deliver an excellent service.
• Ensure adhoc tasks are covered for regularly meeting requests and company events.
• Inspect facilities regularly and run audits to fix any cleaning shortfalls.
• Make sure teams follow health and safety rules and use protective gear correctly.
