Job summary

Lake Farm Park Academy in Hayes, West London, is seeking a Premises Support Assistant. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, all year round, with start as soon as possible.

You will carry out general site maintenance, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and manage key holding duties, deliveries, and contractor liaison. The role may require early starts and occasional out-of-hours work within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or premises maintenance.
• Flexible, proactive, energetic approach to tasks.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• General site maintenance both inside and out.
• Compliance with Health and Safety legislation across the site.
• Key holding duties and locking/unlocking premises.
• Assist in moving deliveries and furniture as required.
• Supervise/assist the cleaning team; liaise with contractors as directed.
