Job summary

Recruit4staff LTD seeks a Facilities Engineer to perform electrical maintenance across the site, including lighting, sockets and fault finding. You will support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to keep the facilities running smoothly.

The role also involves maintaining boilers, compressors and cooling systems, plus general building maintenance such as basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served electrician.
• Experience in building services or site maintenance.
• Multi-skilled across electrical and general maintenance.
• Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance across site including lighting, sockets and fault finding.
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Maintain site equipment such as boilers, compressors and cooling systems.
• General building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs.
• Support site compliance including permit to work, contractor control and Legionella.
• Maintain high standards of safety and water hygiene.
