Job summary

ARM is advertising a Facilities Engineer position based in Bedfordshire. You will support the delivery of facilities projects, manage asset information within a CMMS, and help create project documentation and maintenance plans.

The role requires interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings with strong organisational and communication skills. Four-day week offered and UK work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Background in facilities, building services, mechanical, electrical or construction engineering.
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Facilities Engineer
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.

What We're Looking For

• Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

• IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience
• HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline
• Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary
• Permanent position
