Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is recruiting a Facilities Engineer to support construction, refurbishment and asset management projects in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will assist in delivering facilities projects, manage asset information in a CMMS, create project documents, develop maintenance schedules and produce CAD drawings as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering.
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience.
• HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline.
• Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

The Role

You\'ll support the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.
