For the successful Facilities Engineer our client is offering:

• £34,000 to £36,000 per annum
• Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
• Permanent Role
• Company van and tools
• Paid travel time

The role – Facilities Engineer:

• Mobile role working in leisure centres and offices
• Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems
• Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
• General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work

What our client is looking for in a Facilities Engineer:

• Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
• Previous experience in FM or building management services
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Preferred
• Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Preferred
