Job summary

BJF Group is seeking an Electrician to support its Facilities Management division across client sites in the UK. You will handle reactive and planned maintenance, perform first fixes where possible, and help scope repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and 18th Edition, with KPI-driven duties and a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. A competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works with KPI targets.
• Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report (including minor works).
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls, carry out first fix where possible and scope quotes for repair.
• Carry out planned maintenance tasks per programme and keep auditable records.
• Ensure site is kept in good order and works to specification with timely completion.
• Work within Health and Safety criteria and promote safety at all times.
• Be client facing with high standards of customer care and workmanship.
• Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties as required.
• Work from a call-out rota.
