Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer for a static site near Oxford, working Mon to Fri. You will carry out all PPMs and reactive works, maintain key plant, and ensure documentation and compliance are up to date.

Ideal candidates will be NVQ3 with AM2, 18th edition, and 2391 desirable; driving licence and DBS are required. The role offers progression, training, and pension benefits within a stable facility team.

Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• 18th edition.
• 2391 Test and inspection highly desirable.
• Experience working within occupied offices.
• Driving licence.
• DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure all work adheres to task schedules and industry best practices.
• Ensure the site remains fully compliant with industry standards.
• Daily monitoring of all main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Maintain relationships with employees and clients.
• Oversee on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure tasks are completed within SLA.
• Receive client issues and resolve them to avoid disruption.
