A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Domestic Supervisor to support its Facilities Department in Macclesfield. The role involves ensuring high cleaning standards across multiple sites while providing training and support to team members. Candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible, and ideally possess experience in a domestic environment. Full-time hours with a 4 on 4 off pattern, including weekends, ensure a dynamic work schedule.
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Supervisor to work as part of the Facilities Department based at Macclesfield. You would be providing quality domestic support, to ensure we perform to a high standard of cleaning and domestic duties within our 5 Sites ( Mulberry, Silk, Greenways, Alderley and Saddlebridge. This position requires access to transport for work purposes.
This vacancy is Full time based on a 4 on 4 off Pattern 7am to 6.15pm and will include weekends on the rota pattern.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Domestic Supervisor to join our facilities team. A successful candidate will receive full training and a uniform will be provided.
You will be required to work as part of a team and be flexible within your working approach e.g. cover for annual leave and sickness. Previous experience in a domestic environment would be advantageous, if not training will be provided.
