Lancaster University is recruiting a full-time Facilities Coordinator within the Security Division at Bailrigg, Lancaster. You will join the Security operations team reporting to the day or shift supervisor in the main Security Lodge.
Candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English, be hardworking and reliable, and able to work on their own initiative. The role covers a 36.5-hour week on a rota, with shifts from 07:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.
We currently have a vacancy for a Facilities Coordinator. This post will fall under the Facilities Division at Lancaster University you will form part of the Security operations team reporting to the day supervisor/shift supervisor in the main Security Lodge.
You should be hard working, reliable, willing to learn and possess excellent customer service skills. You should have experience of working in a similar role along with experience of working in a multi-cultural environment. You should be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English and be committed to high standards, able to work on your own initiative and have a flexible approach and attitude to solving day to day problems. You should also have a willingness to undergo development training.
The vacancy is full-time, working 36.5 hours per week on a shift pattern as part of a wider team rota. The role covers operating hours between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday.
