What you'll do:

  • Issue Security Passes
  • Processing Helpdesk Tickets
  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Conducting Health and Safety Audits
  • Liaising with Landlord regarding any building issues to be resolved
  • Supporting and coordinating department moves on site
  • Ordering lunches and assisting with room set up for client events
  • Overseeing contractors on site

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in frontline service in an office setting

Previous experience of supervising or working with a team providing hard and soft services

Good interpersonal and communication skills including good written and spoken English

Knowledge of Health and Safety

Proficient with IT systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, outlook)

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
