North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a part-time team member to provide essential services within their establishments. The role involves customer interaction, maintenance, and ensuring a secure environment. Candidates should possess strong administrative and communication skills, with experience in facilities management being a plus. Salary: £25,437 - £26,412 per year pro rata

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Based within one of our establishments, you will deliver a service that meets the needs of our customers and service users. Main duties include dealing with members of the public, building control and security, cleaning, and minor maintenance. Successful candidates will have experience working in a customer-focused environment and dealing with the public.
Essential: Good administrative, communication, and IT skills. Experience in facilities management, security checks, cleaning duties, and minor repairs is advantageous.
You will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member before starting in this role.
