Job summary

Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) invites applications for the role of Facilities Management Compliance Officer based at NIFRS HQ in Lisburn. You will support the Head of Facilities Management in developing and delivering the Facilities Strategy, and manage contract providers to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

The role offers on-site parking, flexible working, generous holidays and an on-site gym, with a 36¼ hour week (Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and compliance.
• Ability to manage contract providers and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Facilities Management in strategy development and delivery.
• Manage a range of contract providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent NIFRS at local and regional levels as required.
