Job summary

Steatite is looking for a part-time Workplace Cleaning & Support Coordinator in Leominster to maintain cleanliness across offices, production floors, and communal areas while supporting new colleagues and modelling safe working practices.

The role emphasises practical hands-on tasks, patient guidance, and a collaborative approach in a manufacturing/engineering environment. 25 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or facilities experience.
• Experience coaching, supervising or supporting others in the workplace.
• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
• Ability to organise workload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent cleanliness throughout the site including offices, production areas, kitchens, toilets and welfare facilities.
• Welcome and support new colleagues, demonstrate tasks and safe working practices, provide day-to-day encouragement.
• Lead by example and maintain exceptionally high cleaning standards.
