Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Facilities Operative to keep Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes site in Blackpool clean, safe and welcoming. You will carry out routine cleaning tasks across designated areas and support a professional service within a site-based team.

Hours are 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 14:30 to 18:30, on a permanent part-time contract. The role offers site amenities and the chance to contribute to health, safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• A reliable and positive approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An understanding of the importance of health, safety and hygiene.
• Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean floors, surfaces, communal areas and facilities as required.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures.
• Report any maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to your supervisor.
• Work as part of the wider facilities team to provide a professional service.
