Job summary

As a Facilities Operative with Sodexo at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes, Cornford Road, Blackpool, you will be responsible for keeping the workplace clean, safe and welcoming. You will work 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 14:30 to 18:30, on-site at the Blackpool site.

The role emphasizes independence and teamwork, health and hygiene awareness, and delivers a range of site services including routine cleaning and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable and positive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene.
• Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean floors, surfaces, communal areas and facilities as required.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures.
• Report any maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to your supervisor.
• Work as part of the wider facilities team to provide a professional service.
