Job summary

Powerleague in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Caretaker to keep our venues clean, safe and match-ready. You will perform daily maintenance of pitches and facilities, support opening/closing, and work with the team to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with pride in a job well done.
• Good attention to detail with proactive cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to mornings, evenings and weekends when required.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or caretaking is a plus; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance of pitches, including redistribution of rubber crumb, white lining, brushing and netting.
• Carry out weekly fire tests and legionella controls as well as bi-weekly beer line cleaning and cellar management
• Identify, report and advise on facility issues or maintenance repairs as required to the management team
• Keep the site safe, clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Support with opening and closing duties when required, depending on shift
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Work closely with the management team to uphold high operational standards
