Job summary

The View from The Shard in Greater London is seeking a Facilities and Operations support team member, responsible for maintaining high safety and quality standards across the attraction. You'll handle AV/IT troubleshooting, manage logistics for deliveries, and ensure a clean environment, all while supporting a premium visitor experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities maintenance and strong problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations support within a busy environment.
• Knowledge of AV/IT equipment and general maintenance procedures.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support technical areas by troubleshooting AV/IT equipment.
• Ensure safe, clean, and attractive environment for staff and customers.
• Organise logistics for stock and supply deliveries.
