Job summary

CH&CO is hiring a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of operations in London. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a focus on high standards of facility management within the team.

The successful candidate will perform minor repairs, manage site contracts, and help ensure safety and compliance while representing the brand positively and supporting colleagues across the facilities function.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or maintenance roles is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Excellent time management and reliability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the exterior of the site is clean and in good repair.
• Assist with contractor management, including sign-in/out and site policies.
• Open and close the building as required.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
