Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the 14Forty operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of facility management within the site and team, with opportunities to progress within the company that values its people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for exterior site maintenance and keeping it in good repair.
• Assist facilities team with contractor sign-in/out and adherence to site policies.
• Open and/or close the building as required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
