Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support the 14Forty operations on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). You will work with the facilities team to maintain high standards of building upkeep and safety, helping ensure smooth day-to-day running.

The role involves basic repairs, external site maintenance, contractor sign-in/out, opening/closing the building, representing the brand, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar facilities role.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to open/close the building when required.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Exterior site upkeep and general external maintenance.
• Assist with contractor control incl. sign-in/out and policy adherence.
• Open and/or close the building as required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
