An exciting opportunity has arisen at Westminster Memorial Hospital to join the in-house Facilities Team for 2 x 16-hour part-time roles.
This role involves a mix of skills including cleaning, catering, and waste collection as a porter.
Hours are flexible to suit the needs of the service, with flexibility in start times depending on the applicant. Overtime is available to cover sickness and annual leave, with enhancements at weekends.
Applications from candidates requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible.
Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
The role involves providing an effective, patient-focused facilities service to meet NHS cleanliness standards, providing portering services, and contributing to catering services to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
Full training, induction, and uniform will be provided. We offer generous annual leave entitlement and a pension scheme.
This post is part of the Facilities & Estates Service that Dorset Healthcare may transfer to an NHS wholly owned subsidiary from November 2025 or later.
