We are currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant to be part of our integral team at ECNI, Belfast BT7 1DQ

    ⦁ Full time – 40 hours a week
    ⦁ Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm - NO evenings or weekends!

What you'll be doing

⦁ Inspecting office and meeting rooms daily to ensure they are ready for next working day
⦁ Setting up rooms for meetings and rearranging furniture
⦁ Greeting at reception and being first point of call for our clients
⦁ Interacting with clients and serving food and drinks
⦁ Use of client systems
⦁ Daily cleaning duties
⦁ General porter duties

Experience

⦁ Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
⦁ Good interpersonal and organisation skills
⦁ Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team
⦁ The ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face
⦁ Cleaning Experience
⦁ Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
