THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in our Facilities team, to ensure the site and all associated equipment are available for use, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations, performing facilities administration and supporting the wider facilities team.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting TD SYNNEX site contractors.
  • Checking RAMS.
  • Carrying out Pregnancy RA and Personal RA for employee’s as required with Facilities Manager support.
  • Assist with Monitoring and completing worklogs.
  • Record and maintain Facilities records and spread sheets.
  • Log accident and incident reports.
  • Raise and monitor work permits.
  • Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date.
  • Employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping.
  • Raising PO’s annual and adhoc.
  • Reviewing, recording and approving invoices in Eskar.
  • Checking and actioning Praxis 42 DSE system.
  • Keep Facilities Manager informed of site actions.
  • Assist with BSC event room changes when required.
  • Provide cover and assist the wider Facilities team as required.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Previous facilities or customer service background desirable.
  • Team player.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).

This role will be based in our serviced office in Bracknell 5 days per week and may include some trips to our Basingstoke office as and when required.
