Job summary

Moon Moments is recruiting an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join its face-to-face marketing and customer engagement team in Southampton. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, brand awareness and sales while representing nationally recognised charity campaigns.

No previous marketing experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and structured development are provided, making this an ideal start for graduates, career changers or anyone looking to step into marketing

Responsibilities

• Support live, face-to-face marketing and fundraising campaigns across Southampton.
• Represent nationally recognised charity campaigns professionally and positively.
• Engage with members of the public in residential, high-street and community locations.
• Introduce campaign messages and explain the work, impact and goals of each charity.
• Build rapport with potential supporters through confident and engaging conversations.
• Help increase brand awareness and encourage long-term supporter engagement.
• Guide interested supporters through the registration process accurately and professionally.
• Work alongside the wider team to achieve campaign, customer acquisition and fundraising goals.
• Attend regular campaign briefings, training sessions and coaching.
