A reputable company in London seeks a Facades Surveyor to lead technical surveying services on historic buildings. The successful candidate will oversee surveys and report findings, collaborating closely with clients and other professionals. This role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to be part of the next phase our client’s journey. Working on some of the most iconic buildings across the UK and beyond. This role will be key in ensuring surveys are undertaken and reported to the highest standards.
Role Purpose
This role will provide the lead on a range of technical and professional surveying services whilst completing and overseeing multiple surveys for our client. Exceptional report writing skills will be required to clearly highlight defects and red items which will allow customers to understand the repairs required. All surveys conducted will be to the highest standards whilst respecting architectural and heritage values, ensuring the maintenance requirements of the buildings are met, and to maintain building integrity and safety standards. This role will give the successful candidate access to some of the most historically and architecturally significant buildings around. Previous work has included The Bank of England (London), Hotel Principe di Savoia (Milan), and Gresham Hotel (Dublin).
