Title: Estimator – Glazing & Facade Refurbishment

Role Overview

The Estimator – Glazing & Facade Refurbishment will:

1. Promote a range of glazing and facade refurbishment services.
2. Handle inbound project enquiries and review scopes of work.
3. Create estimates, scopes of work, briefs, and proposals for various projects, repairs, refurbishments, and reactive works.
4. Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather information for quotations.
5. Coordinate with clients for additional information as needed.
6. Engage with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices.
7. Produce formal quotations and follow up to secure sales.
8. Maintain documentation of tenders and quotations in the internal database.
9. Build and sustain relationships with clients.
10. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
11. Estimate projects ranging from £1.5k to £500k.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Estimating experience within the glazing and facade refurbishment market sector.
• Knowledge of costing repairs, repair materials, and labor.
• Strong technical understanding of the roofing market sector (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
