Job summary

Ballymore Group is seeking an experienced Facades Manager to lead the façade package on The Capston (EG AO1) Project. The role focuses on on-site delivery, coordination with the façade contractor and interfaces with other trades to ensure quality and programme adherence.

You will manage daily site logistics, lead coordination meetings, monitor safety and quality, and drive handovers in line with the project schedule. Strong façade expertise and CSCS/SMSTS are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years' experience within the façade industry.
• Construction management experience on façade packages.
• Knowledge of external envelope and façade packages.
• Experience coordinating façade works with interfaces to other trades.
• Understanding of benchmarking, inspection, QA and sign-off processes.
• Strong organisational skills with detailed site records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site delivery and logistics of the façade package, including crane bookings and access.
• Chair daily coordination meetings with the façade contractor and teams.
• Maintain accurate daily site diaries and works records for the façade scope.
• Monitor safety and quality, escalating non-compliance promptly.
• Coordinate handovers with structural works and subsequent trades.
• Support QA procedures and ensure work meets design intent and standards.
• Track progress against programme and identify delays and risks.
• Lead weekly façade coordination and progress meetings.
• Coordinate interfaces between façade and other external works packages.
