Job summary

Whiteoak Associates in Reading is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from design through manufacture to delivery. The role is predominantly office-based with client visits and site inspections, requiring coordination with clients, designers, engineers, QSs and installation subcontractors.

The package includes £70,000-£120,000 basic (DoE), profit-related bonus, private medical insurance, pension and 25 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technically complex projects through design, engineering and manufacture.
• Good understanding of installation and construction.

Responsibilities

• Design coordination and technical project management.
• Assessing buildability and technical feasibility.
• Value engineering and design optimisation.
• Coordinating clients, designers, engineers, QSs and installation subcontractors.
• Managing project programmes, technical issues and delivery.
