Job summary

Doufre Construction Personell is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its façades pre-construction team. You will price rainscreen cladding packages from enquiry to submission, turning drawings and specs into competitive tenders while coordinating with design, commercial and operations teams.

Key responsibilities include reviewing tender docs, performing take‑offs for rainscreen, render and windows, obtaining supplier quotes, pricing labour and materials, and ensuring bids are compliant and

Qualifications

• Our client seeks proven estimating experience in façades or rainscreen cladding.
• Experience reading architectural drawings and technical specs.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and drawings to understand scope and risk.
• Carry out take-offs and cost estimates for rainscreen, render, windows.
• Obtain quotes from manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Price labour, materials, access, plant and preliminaries.
• Ensure bids are buildable, compliant and competitive.
