Job summary

Pertemps TM seeks a driven Site Manager for an Exeter-based remediation project focused on facade installation and cladding remediation. You will support the Senior Site Manager and help ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on a long-term external refurbishment programme.

The role requires strong experience in remediation, including curtain walling and fire barrier work, with knowledge of site software and industry-standard safety qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First aid).

Qualifications

• Demonstrable remediation works experience including Curtain Walling and Fire barrier replacements.
• Experience in principal contractor environments and knowledge of building control and warranty standards.
• Familiarity with site reporting methods and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
• Conduct health and safety inductions, reviews RAMS, and compile H&S packs.
• Perform site inspections of alarms, temporary structures, and works under change.
• Maintain site logs/diaries and ensure QA documentation is completed.
