Job summary

BENNETT CONSTRUCTION is looking for a candidate to oversee the external envelope of a large-scale residential project in Oxfordshire. The successful applicant will manage several subcontractors and ensure the successful execution of construction tasks across multiple blocks.

Experience in residential schemes of 400+ labourers is required. Strong communication, leadership abilities, and site safety understanding are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on large-scale residential schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple trades in logistically challenging environments.
• In-depth knowledge of all current facade types.

Responsibilities

• Plan works and ensure materials/labour are in hand.
• Chair external works meetings and enforce construction programme.
• Review and approve daywork sheet for subcontractors.
