Job summary

BENNETT CONSTRUCTION is seeking a candidate to oversee the external envelope for a large residential project in Epsom. Responsibilities include managing multiple façade subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining safety standards throughout the construction process.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing high-volume residential schemes, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of various façade types. The role demands leadership, organization, and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on large scale residential schemes with high labour and subcontractor levels.
• In-depth knowledge of current façade types including sequencing.
• Experience dealing with EWS-1, Warranty provider, and Golden thread.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade subcontractors across multiple blocks at different stages.
• Liaise with logistics and contractors' supervisors.
• Chair external works meetings and issue meeting minutes.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety rules.

Skills

Strong personality to challenge supply chain and staff

Excellent written and verbal communication
