Qualifications

• Previous experience working on large-scale residential schemes.
• Experience managing facade subcontractors.
• Understanding of temp works including scaffolding and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of external envelope.
• Manage facade subcontractors across multiple blocks.
• Chair external works meetings and enforce construction programme.
• Liaise with commercial & design team for design information availability.
