Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is helping a specialist façade contractor recruit a Façade Designer to support a growing backlog of curtain walling and glazing projects. The role is office-based and involves hands-on technical detailing, close collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.

You will develop façade designs from concept through to construction, producing detailed drawings and ensuring compliance with CWCT guidance and UK regulations. A practical understanding of installation is valued.

I’m currently working with a specialist façade contractor looking to appoint a Façade Designer to support their growing pipeline of curtain walling and glazing projects.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands‑on with technical detailing and working closely with a team in an office‑based environment.

About the Company

My client is a well-established contractor within the façade and glazing sector, delivering bespoke curtain walling, structural glazing and cladding solutions across a range of commercial and residential schemes.

They are known for producing practical, buildable designs and maintaining a strong focus on technical quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The Opportunity

This is a fully office-based role (five days a week), ideal for someone who values direct collaboration with colleagues, quick decision-making and close involvement in the design process.

You’ll play a key role in developing façade designs from concept through to construction, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
